Section details

Orchestra

28 rows · ~32 seats/row

Front row: 12ft from stage, -1.5ft elevation

The steep stadium rake from row I partially compensates for the mezzanine overhang — the elevation gain brings upper-balcony and proscenium sight lines back into view to some extent. However the overhang is reported as low enough that very tall (6'+) patrons in the rear orchestra may feel it is close overhead.

Front Mezzanine

7 rows · ~42 seats/row

Front row: 50ft from stage, +25ft elevation

Rows A and B centre are widely considered among the best-value seats in the house. The elevated angle provides a clear view over the orchestra and the rake keeps sightlines open. These seats look down at a comfortable angle — not so steep as to feel vertiginous. Rows further back in the Front Mezzanine (E/F) start to lose facial detail.

Rear Mezzanine

10 rows · ~44 seats/row

Front row: 65ft from stage, +35ft elevation

Centre seats in rows A-B offer good direct sightlines but at significant distance. Side seats in far left/right suffer from lateral angle — stage corners can be partially obstructed. Safety railings at the sides of the L/R sections cut across the sight line in some seats. The distance means facial detail is limited; binoculars are common in this section.
